In the frames of the project “Cross-border center for support of Roma business”, Interreg IPA CBC, Republic of Bulgaria and FYR of Macedonia, the Roma association “AVENA”-Kochani from 31th of March until 2nd of April, 2017 organized the second training for young Roma population and Roma women on the topic “Development of Business ideas”.
The second training was common with participants from Macedonia and Bulgarija. Participants followed the planned presentations and actively participated in practical work.
On this training was put special emphasis on development of business idea, its evaluation and practical work with the participants regarding finding sustainable business ideas that might practically be realized.
On the training attention was paid also about the opportunities for development of mutual business, cultural differences in the world of business, the benefits and limits these cultural differences might do. During the practical work, mixed teams of participants from Macedonia and Bulgaria were formed, and the goal of cross-border connection was reached as well as the benefits from this kind of connections.
