After the completion of the trainings under the project “Cross-border Center for Support of Roma Business”, implemented by LIDER Association Blagoevgrad in partnership with the Roma Association AVENA, Kochani , 4 young entrepreneurs from Bulgaria and 4 young entrepreneurs from Macedonia successfully completed the trainings to work with experienced mentors to develop their business plans.
Together with their mentors, future young entrepreneurs have gone through the entire business plan cycle – from the formulation of the idea and legal form of business registration, through the analysis of the environment, competitive analysis, potential users and potential suppliers to a description of the necessary equipment and premises and budgeting.
During the joint work, mentors (mentors) and future young entrepreneurs worked together, discussed ideas and options for business development, focused on key elements of the future sustainable development of their business. In this process, mentors (mentors) did not provide ready recipes and prescriptions for what to do. They were, rather, trainers, whose task was to provide the necessary knowledge and help build skills for their implementation to start and develop successful businesses.
The result of the joint work of mentors and mentees from Bulgaria have been developed business plans for the opening of “Flower Shop” in Blagoevgrad business plan for opening of “Wedding Agency” in Blagoevgrad, business plan for opening of “Center for entertaining games in the town of Simitli and a business plan for the opening of a gaming hall in the village of Krupnik, Simitli Municipality.
In addition to a business plan, each of the future young entrepreneurs, with the help of their mentor (mentor), developed a short presentation and presentation of their business plan.
