In the period from 13 until 14 of May, Roma association “AVENA”-Kochani, organized the third training for young Roma population and Roma women on the topic “Business plan”, in the frames of the project “Cross-border center for support of Roma business”, Interreg IPA,CB 006.1.31.067.
On the third training there were 12 participants and they took active role in all activities that were planned for realization the defined goals of the training. Lectures on the topic and practical work was conducted by lecturer Igor Taseski.
First goal of this training was to understand the meaning of business plan as a basic element for successful realization of business ideas in reality. Lecturer Igor Taseski though presentation and explanation introduced to participants components of business plan, and then he prompted discussion and analyses of every single element in business plan.
Second goal of training was practical preparation of business plan. Participants were organized in teams for preparation of business plan for business idea that were developed on previous trainings. Every team worked separately with active participation of all members from the team they prepared business plan for one business idea that is practical and viable in reality. After they finished the work in teams , there was presentation of prepared business plans in front of the other teams, and there was directed discussion among all the participants about the practical realization of business ideas of all teams.
Two days training was finished successful and goals were achieved with high level of interest among all participants. The conclusion was that this training was very useful and had practical dimension, and it will help them in future when they will start their own business.
